History of the Practice:                Registered with Companies House, under the previous registration of business names act, in 1977, as Julian Vincent Estates. Changing name to Julian Vincent & Co in 1979.

Previous Briefs:

 The practice has numerous Consultants who cover all spheres of Commercial, Professional and Legal Expertise.  This has allowed Professional advice, Design and Control  of projects in many spheres of business. The Practice dealing with Manufacturing in metal fabrication with precision engineering, and plastic extrusion. Marine Manufacturing , Design and Sales with Boat agencies and Marinas.  Motor Vehicle main dealerships, film and media projects.  All aspects of Property and Land development, Investment and management.  Numerous design briefs and Town and Country planning  consultancy.

The practice being instrumental to advise ECOWAS the Western African Government organisation on various projects. These encompassed low cost housing and infrastructure to marine security off the Western African coastline to combat the increasing threats by piracy.

Existing clients include the Vickers Group of Companies,  in which there is a related party interest.
